I myself have worked for a large corporation as a Technology Support manager and Sr. Process manager working directly with Sales Organizations and Information Technology groups to identify and resolve issues with computer applications and upgrades. During my many years I have learned that in order to fix anything you have to get to the "Root Cause" and resolve it at the core of the issue or the problem will never truly be resolve. I also specialized in preventing deployments issues that could affect the sales channels during necessary updates, upgrades or when new applications are introduced to the environment. My success comes from a diverse background working as a carpenter, landscaper, auto mechanic, sales representative, project manager, computer and telephone troubleshooter and trainer. I have built computers, networks, programs, databases, homes, etc. This diverse background has provided me with the ability to work within many different fields and understand the customer's needs..
